A US lawmaker has directly asked Sarah Ferguson to testify about her “close personal and business ties” to Jeffrey Epstein,
Suhas Subramanyam urged Ferguson to provide information to a congressional committee investigating Epstein. He also asked her to share anything she knows about her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, and any possible involvement in Epstein’s activities.
This letter marks the strongest public pressure so far on Ferguson to testify since the Epstein scandal began. Her representatives have been contacted for comment but have not yet responded.
Mountbatten-Windsor has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein and has not responded to recent questions about specific allegations tied to the latest document releases.
At the same time, some US lawmakers have called for Ferguson to give evidence about her connections. However, there is currently no legal way to force her to testify in the United States.

Lawmaker Sets Deadline for Sarah Ferguson to Respond
In a formal letter, Suhas Subramanyam gave Sarah Ferguson a two-week deadline to respond to questions about her links to Jeffrey Epstein.
The letter says newly released files from the United States Department of Justice show she had “close personal and business ties” with Epstein. Subramanyam asked her to cooperate with the investigation to help bring justice for victims and provide transparency to the public.
The letter also points to an email from someone identified as “Sarah,” which described Epstein as “a legend” after his 2008 conviction and included the line: “I am at your service. Just marry me.”
It further references messages suggesting Ferguson may have asked Epstein for financial help.
Subramanyam also asked her to share any information about her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, and whether she knows anything about his possible involvement in Epstein’s activities.
“It is clear that you possessed social and business ties to Mr Epstein and have knowledge of information that can assist our investigation,” the letter states.
He requested that Ferguson provide information about Epstein and any co-conspirators and respond no later than April 9, 2026.
Who is in the Epstein files?
New details emerged about the former Duchess of York’s friendship with the late convicted sex offender in the documents released by the US Department of Justice earlier this year.
Being named among the Epstein files is not an indication of wrongdoing.
But the massive drop of files suggested she was more embroiled in his world than we had previously thought.
She comes across as a needy figure, chasing money and support – apparently describing herself to Epstein as “very traumatised and alone”.
Ferguson is seen praising the late sex offender in 2009 as “the brother I have always wished for”.
The emails also suggest she contacted Epstein while he was in prison for soliciting prostitution from a minor – and that she took her daughters along for lunch with him in Miami, days after his release from prison.

New Files Shed Light on Sarah Ferguson’s Relationship With Epstein
Newly released documents from the United States Department of Justice reveal more details about Sarah Ferguson’s past relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
Being named in the Epstein files does not mean wrongdoing. However, the documents suggest she may have been more closely connected to his circle than previously known.
The emails portray Ferguson as someone seeking financial and emotional support. In one message, she reportedly described herself as “very traumatised and alone.” In another, she praised Epstein in 2009, calling him “the brother I have always wished for.”
The records also suggest she stayed in contact with Epstein while he was in prison for soliciting prostitution from a minor. They further indicate she met him again shortly after his release, including a lunch in Miami where she was accompanied by her daughters.
These revelations add to the growing scrutiny around Epstein’s network, as more documents continue to be reviewed and made public.
